== Zalcano Skilling Boss ==

Requirements: 70 smithing, 70 mining

This mini-game is a combination of smithing, mining, and runecrafting

Recommended gear setup:

• Best pickaxe
• Gracefull set
• Mining/Max cape
• 5 shark+/2 Saradomin brews
• a Super Energy (4) or Stamina potion

Start this minigame by teleporting to Zalcano through the skilling teleport menu!

Gameplay

Once your team is ready to begin the kill, you will need to form a party by clicking the two green smile faces in the bottom right.

At this point, invite members, or you can try it solo. when you're ready.

Click on the glowing red barrier

When you enter, find the glowing rock formation and mine it until you get ~8 ores . Watch Zalcano, as she will fire an orange missile to the glowing rock and if you are caught still mining when it strikes, it does a fair amount of damage. Run to the far east side and refine your Tephra Ore, beware of falling rocks! Move one space away. You will need to pay some attention here, as a click delay can catch you unprepared, unless you’re watching for the dangers and react accordingly.

Once all your Tephra is refined, run west to the altar and imbue your refined ores

Attack the Zalcano, (you do not need to equip to throw) if a blue portal is active, stand on it for +5 damage per attack

Avoid red portals at all costs, walking over one drains 10% energy and hp per second

Zalcano's shield will go down, attack her once again to mine her, don't step under her with the orange symbol active or it will really hurt. Mining her will do damage to her directly (Don’t spam click, or the animation restarts.)

You must destroy Zalcano's shield and mine her at least 3 times, though if you don't do enough damage, it can be more.

once you have killed Zalcano, exit through the barrier. Use the hp box, and repeat.
